Messages and follow-ups
Change the words, or switch a message off. Words in braces, like {first_name}, fill in by themselves for each buyer. Every message we start also ends "Reply STOP to opt out".
Add a follow-up
It goes to buyers still being followed up, unless they have replied.
Documents after a site visit
These go to the buyer, all together, as soon as they answer our 9 pm message. Only include what you are happy for a buyer to keep in writing. Leave out ID proofs and anything showing a seller's personal details.
After this date they stop going out until you change the date or replace them. We remind you 3 days before.
Later updates
Send news to buyers more than 7 days after their enquiry, up to 4 a month each. Buyers who said STOP, were marked Lost or closed a deal never get these. Each update has a Stop messages button.
